Q: How far in advance should I make my reservations?

A: Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Our inflatable rentals are very popular and sometimes booked up weeks, or even months in advance.

 

Q: How much space do I need for the bounce house? What surfaces can the inflatable rental be set up on?

A:  Our bounce houses require a level area of about 17 x 17, and an overhead clearance of 17 feet. Our moonwalks and other inflatable rental units can be set up on any level surface, including concrete, asphalt, grass, dirt, as well as indoor gymnasiums. When making a reservation, please specify the type of surface on which the bounce house will be setup, so that we are prepared with the appropriate anchors.

 

Q: Do you set up in parks?

A: Yes, we do.  Many parks do require a permit, and we often need to use a generator as not all parks have electricity, so please call for pricing.

 

Q: Will you deliver and set up the inflatable bounce?

A: Yes, we will deliver and set up the inflatable bounce unit before your party starts, and ensure it is clean. We also ensure that the units are in good working order, as we test always test the unit for safety after set up and before use.

 

Q:  When will you deliver and pick-up the bounce house?

A:  You choose the specific rental time. We’ll arrive anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour before that for set up. You will not be charged for set up time; rentals are for jumping time only. After the party is over, we will pick-up the unit. However, please plan for up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact pick-up time is crucial, just let us know.

 

Q:  What areas we service?

A:  We are based out of Lebanon, NH and we service all of the surrounding areas with our inflatable rentals. Please contact us for further details.

 

Q:  What kind of power is required?

A: All units must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.

 

Q:  Are bounce houses safe?

A:  Yes! As long as the rules on the operating procedures page of the Safety Instructions are followed, and adult supervision is present at all times, inflatable bouncers are very safe.  Read more about safe bounce house fun.

 

Q: What is the rental period?

A:  The rental period is up to 8 hours. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us to ask about special circumstances, as we are flexible. We can also provide setup for an overnight occasion, or two day rental. Please contact us to discuss pricing.

 

Q:  Will you come and break down the bounce houses?

A: Yes. The same driver who delivered the inflatable bounce will come and break down the bounce house, and generally takes 20-30 minutes. Please do not release the unit to anyone else, unless you’ve received specific instructions from the original driver.

 

Q:  How long will it take to set up the bounce house?

A: It will take about 20-30 minutes to set up the bounce house unit and review the safety guidelines.

 

Q:  As the renter of the bounce house, what are my responsibilities?

A: Please carefully read our safety information. While the unit is in use, a responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children. The adult must know all the bounce house safety rules, and also enforce these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children, as well as the care of the inflatable bounce unit.

 

Q:  What if it is windy or raining?

A:  Upper Valley Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or winds over 20 mph, without penalty to the renter. On the morning of the party, we will call you to confirm your reservation, and at that time you have the option of canceling your order. If you decide to proceed with your order, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should there be heavy rains or high winds.
